Ina (LadyMoon) was born in Philadelphia and raised in Greece. 

She is a Manifesting Generator.  

Her adult journey started at the David. A. Clarke School of Law.

Followed by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and finally, receiving her teaching certificate in Kundalini yoga, from Yoga Farm Ithaca.

She has authored several books,

including musical children's books. ↪

Ina experienced a partial instantaneous kundalini awakening in 2013 that changed the trajectory of her life, although it would take several more years to become fully aware of it.

The gradual tempering of this energetic unwinding allowed her to start outgrowing codependency in relationships, self-doubt,

and even helped her remember and reclaim her love for singing.

While she has numerous passions, the most powerful one is being an Energetic catalyst

and a Mirror to the Inherent Sovereignty of Another.

As a long time student of different modes of self-awareness tools such as the enneagram, vedic and western astrology as well as human design,

It wasnt until she wrote and sang the theme song to her book “Flow Beena Flow”,

that she realized the prophetic power of putting something in song form…
