Katerina was born in Philadelphia and raised in Greece. 

She is a Manifesting Generator.  

In Vedic tradition she is Ashwini Rising, and Ashlesha Moon.

A combination made for facilitating deep transformational healing.

Her presence alone is an Energetic catalyst and her gift is to Mirror the Inherent Light of Another.

Her education journey started at the David. A. Clarke School of Law.

Followed by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she received her teaching certificate in Kundalini yoga, from Yoga Farm Ithaca.

In the winter of 2025 she also received her Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Healing Certification at Tarang Ashram in Rishikesh, India.

She has authored several books,

Ina experienced a partial instantaneous kundalini awakening in 2013 that changed the trajectory of her life, although it would take several more years to become fully aware of it.

The gradual tempering of this energetic unwinding allowed her to start outgrowing codependency in relationships, self-doubt,

and even helped her remember and reclaim her love for singing.

It wasn’t until she wrote and sang the children’s and adult theme song to her book “Flow Beena Flow”, (both available on Spotify)

that she realized the prophetic power of putting something into song form…
